It’s been a while since my last update so here it is:

I am currently, and for the foreseeable future, creating a comic series for The Sun newspaper here in the UK. As you might have guessed by the heading of this post, ‘Shadows: The Awakening’ is the title of the comic, and it concerns vampires. The comic has run for a few weeks now and is at around thirty or so pages in to the story. If you would like to read the comic, and can’t get The Sun newspaper, you can view it online at www.thesun.co.uk, just look for the link on the right hand side of the main page and you will be able to read from the beginning.

The comic appears daily, Monday to Friday. I write the story and storyboard the pages, as well as create all of the artwork. Chris Nelson and I develop ideas together, and Chris writes final dialogue.

Yes, my first two copies of Real Heroes have arrived, and I’m REALLY pleased with the way the book turned out. The quality of the whole package is excellent. Here’s some pics:

It’s a nice big hard cover cover book, with 192 pages, that retails for only £9.99. You can find it cheaper online, Amazon has it for £6.00, and various other places have it for a similar price. It will be available on the 26th of November, and should be available everywhere in the UK, from WHSmith to Borders to Tesco etc etc.
